• Account details: your email address, name and password, or the details shared when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Photos you take or upload when you snap an item, plus the details we work out from them.
• Listings, collections, wanted alerts and messages you create.
• Order details: what you bought or sold, delivery address and order history.
• Basic technical data such as device type and error reports, used to keep the app working.

We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We don't track you across other apps or websites, and we don't sell your data.

• To identify items in your photos and estimate what they're worth.
• To publish your listings and let buyers and sellers reach each other.
• To take payments, pay sellers, and handle refunds and disputes.
• To send alerts you asked for, and important account or order messages.
• To keep iHad safe: preventing fraud, abuse and prohibited listings.

• Stripe, for payments, payouts and identity checks on sellers.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores your data securely.
• Item-identification and market-pricing services, which receive your photo and item details but not your identity.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Your account content stays until you delete it or close your account. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.

You can see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Deleting your account in Settings removes your profile, photos, scans, listings, collections and messages permanently. You can also email support@ihad.app and we will do it for you within 30 days.

iHad is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
