Open Settings and choose Delete my account. You'll be asked to confirm, and it happens straight away.

• Your profile and sign-in details
• Photos you uploaded
• Your scans, valuations and collection
• Your listings, including live ones
• Wanted alerts and saved preferences

Records of completed purchases and sales are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are no longer linked to a usable account.

Deletion is paused until any live purchase or sale is finished, so nobody is left out of pocket.

Email support@ihad.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
